THE PLAN:

Your individual weight loss nutrition plan begins with a 90-minute initial consultation to review your medical, nutrition and diet history and weight loss goals. You are encouraged to keep a 3-5 day food diary for use in determining your typical intake of overall calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fluids, vitamins and minerals. Follow-up appointments are 45-60 minutes, provide ongoing education based on your changing lifestyle and medical/health concerns, and can include any of the following as appropriate:

  • Meal Planning
  • Shopping Lists
  • Dining out guidelines
  • Eating during business travel and vacation
  • Goal setting
  • Holiday meal planning
  • Behavioral strategies
  • Exercise guidelines
  • Nutritional supplementation
