What Others Are Saying
"I worked with Vicki last fall and winter to help me develop a liveable diet that would lower my cholesterol. She was wonderful! She had me keep a food log so that she could analyze what I was doing and then helped me to figure out what I needed to change. I can honestly say that she changed the way I eat and relate to food—and I feel much healthier now as a result. She introduced me to new foods and new recipes, diversified my diet, and taught me to how to eat healthily but in ways that keep me full (like teaching me to eat more protein during the day, which keeps my energy up. She is incredibly smart and knowledgeable, creative in her approach to problem-solving, and a lot of fun to work with. I would definitely recommend Nutrition Energy/Vicki to my friends."
"I have advanced osteoarthritis in both knees. On a recent visit to Nutrition Energy with Vicki Haken, I mentioned the name of a supplement I had been taking to reduce inflammation. I informed Vicki that I had discontinued the supplement because I thought the cost for the product was unreasonable. On my second visit, Vicki informed me that the research regarding the effectiveness of the supplement was not conclusive. I was not only impressed that Vicki took the time to investigate but that she also suggested alternatives."
"On each visit, commencing with the first, Vicki offered helpful suggestions and provided information about food products that I was not aware of. As a result, by following Vicki’s suggestions I not only feel better but have realized a reduction in my weight within a short time."
