Sports and Personal Interests:
Nicole enjoys taking spinning classes at the gym. She also enjoys weight training whether with a personal trainer, in a body sculpting class or on her own. She takes advantage of opportunistic exercise and walks instead of taking subways or busses whenever possible. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and is always in search of a great vegetarian restaurant.
Philosophy:
Nicoles approach to a healthy lifestyle is to focus on the todo behaviors. Restricting food will just leave you craving foods and eating more. She focuses on designing meal plans that include higher volume foods which will keep you full longer without added calories and fat. Nicole pays particular attention to your lifestyle to ensure your menu plan is realistic. She appreciates that adopting a healthier lifestyle takes time, and that changing habits that have been part of your life for years is not an easy thing to accomplish. In many cases new behaviors are not going to happen overnight. The important thing to remember along the way is to focus on the positive - be sure to give yourself credit for the progress you make each step of the way.
