Sports and interest Like most French, Vanessa’s motto is: “The world is my gym...I walk everywhere". Luckily for all of us, New York is a fantastic place to do so. Vanessa’s approach to exercising is that it should be fun. She’s enjoyed playing handball for years, and was on the swim team in high school. Now, after living for many years in the US, she’s become addicted to Pilates. When Vanessa is not busy doing homework with her kids or cooking the family evening meal and trying new recipes on her family, she enjoys reading French novels, playing the piano and planning for her next luncheon gathering. Philosophy Vanessa’s philosophy is “everything in moderation”. There is no such thing as the “perfect diet”, and there are no secrets...it is simply about finding a balance. Every day we make hundreds of decisions, but how much do you really think about what you eat? Do you plan ahead...or always find yourself grabbing food on the go? Finding balance is about making smart, informed food choices most of the time. As long as you take the first step, you will find a balance that is unique to you. Step by step, Vanessa will help you make small changes you can live with...and get you the big results you want.. |
