She has spent considerable time in India and Guatemala learning these profound practices and she continues her education in New York. When she is not talking nutrition, you can find Limor on the yoga mat, enjoying cultural events, entertaining good friends with dinner, or planning her next big trip abroad.
Few things have the potential to so powerfully change our physical, mental and emotional states as the food we eat. By fully understanding clients' special needs, Limor crafts step-by-step nutrition and fitness plans that incorporate all food groups in their most natural form. Through education and coaching, Limor helps clients reach their goals, eat healthy and make positive lifestyle choices.
