SPORTS AND PERSONAL INTERESTS:
June stays active by running, lifting weights and being out and about in NYC whenever she can. She recently received a tennis racket for her birthday, and was encouraged to start taking lessons. She has set a goal of one day beating her husband at a match. In support of her husbands recent weight loss program (which June created for him), she began to enjoy cooking with him and exploring healthy options at local restaurants.
PHILOSOPHY:
June encourages lifestyle changes rather than fad diets to achieve long-term weight control and disease prevention. June works closely with clients to determine the best methods of gradual change for individual success. She recognizes that people, especially in the New York City area, lead varying lifestyles, reinforcing the fact that a personalized approach to education is essential. Being slow and steady wins the race. You did not gain weight over night so you should not expect to lose it that way.
