PERSONAL INTERESTS

Jessica danced her entire life and competed on her high school kick line team. At a young age she learned the importance of properly fueling her body for exercise while also maintaining control of her diabetes. While she doesn’t compete in dance anymore, she loves participating in group fitness classes and applies these same ideas today. During the pandemic, Jessica has been enjoying taking zoom fitness classes as both movement and socialization with her friends. In her spare-time, Jessica enjoys cooking and baking, and loves to create delicious and nutritious meals for her family and friends. She would, of course, be happy to share them with you too.
