Nutrition Energy

Empowering people to become their most TURLY healthy selves!

Whether your goals include healing your relationship with food and your body, wellness and disease prevention and/or optimal sports performance, Nutrition Energy will work with you to help you shift the way you think about nourishing and moving your body, and help you reach your goals. We take a personalized approach to nutrition, and believe (dare we say know!), that the key to true health, wellness and success lies in upending old food rules and beliefs that are not serving you and replacing them with realistic and practical habits you can sustain for a lifetime. If you have ever felt guilt, shame or anger at yourself for eating something you “shouldn’t” and wonder why you can’t change, then you know that those learned negative thoughts are keeping you in an endless loop and preventing you from both reaching your nutrition and health goals AND living to your full potential.

At Nutrition Energy, Lauren Antonucci and our team of expert Registered Dietitians will work with you and help you tune out the “nutrition noise” and re-learn how to listen to what your body is trying to tell you. After all, we were ALL born knowing and unafraid to let everyone else know, when we were hungry, thirsty or full, but over time most people have been taught damaging and incorrect messages about what we “must” do to control our hunger, avoid certain foods and prioritize others. This unhealthy cycle ends now, and we look forward to helping you become your most confident, empowered, and happy self!
