Cancellation Policy

If it is is necessary for you to cancel your appointment with your Dietitian at Nutrition Energy, we require that you contact us by phone/voicemail at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in demand, and your Dietitian has saved your appointment time just for you. Early cancellation will give us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to someone else who can benefit from it.

To cancel an appointment, please call 646-361-6803. Leave a detailed message on the voicemail if you are unable to speak directly with our receptionist.  Email cancellations will not be accepted.

Anyone who fails to cancel their scheduled appointment as indicated above (by calling at least 48 hours in advance)  or fails to show for their scheduled appointment will be billed a fee of $150 for an initial evaluation, $100 for a 60- minute follow-up, and $75 for a 30-minute follow-up appointment.
