She loves watching competitive sports with her family and understands the importance of proper nutrition for optimal performance.  Cara also loves spending time on the slopes skiing with her family.

Food brings people together and is closely connected to our traditional, souls and our memories. Cara understands that food is the foundation of many social situations and works to help her clients create and maintain a positive relationship with eating and with their bodies. Food and eating can be nourishing as well as emotional-there are both psychological and physiological factors that affect what we choose to put in our bodies.  Cara works with each client to help them find a balance between emotions and food, and believes reasonable and lasting lifestyle changes are the path to long-term success.
